Accessibility and the European Accessibility Act

At SALESmanago, we believe that digital experiences should be accessible to everyone. As part of our commitment to inclusivity, we support our Clients in meeting the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), which enters into force across the EU in 2025.

Our Approach to Accessibility

To ensure a practical and compliant approach, we have applied different methodologies depending on how our software is used and by whom.

1. Website Widgets Visible to End Users

The areas of our platform that are directly visible to consumers — such as website pop-ups, Social Proof widgets, and Recommendation Frames — are our top priority. These elements are being updated to meet the accessibility requirements defined by the EAA.

You can find full details of the compliance roadmap and required steps in our dedicated Support article.

2. SALESmanago Platform as a Tool for Businesses

The SALESmanago platform is exclusively managed by our Clients as part of their internal business operations. As such, it does not fall under the mandatory scope of the EAA.

That said, we are actively working to ensure that the platform is user-friendly and inclusive. While we cannot guarantee that every part of the system is fully compliant at this stage, accessibility remains a key focus of our product development process.

A Continued Commitment

Accessibility is not just a legal requirement — it is a reflection of our values. We are continuously working to improve the experience for all users, and we view accessibility as an essential part of building responsible, human-centered technology.
