Brian bring deep business expertise in enterprise AI, messaging, marketplaces and online media, and a proven track record raising $80M with seven exits, including Software.com's IPO and $6.8B sale. Brian is passionate about partnering with visionary product founders and growth investors to scale businesses using proven methods for international expansion, professionalizing the team, and building a positive culture that creates safety, inclusiveness and maximum productivity. Brian is an adventure athlete discovering the world through cycling and running.
Gabriel Jarowski
VP of CS
With over 15 years of experience in scaling tech companies and building go-to-market strategies, Gabriel is an expert in post-sales operations. For 13 years, he has played a key role at DocPlanner Group, growing customer-centric teams from zero to 800 employees across 13 markets. Gabriel pioneered customer success in Poland, managed B2C, mid-market, and enterprise B2B segments, and built a growth engine for business expansion. As a business angel, he invests in European startups and venture capital funds. Gabriel’s strategic vision, operational expertise, and customer focus drive business success. He is also passionate about mountain biking, horse-riding, and basketball.

Jody is a professional with over 15 years of leadership experience in Go to Market strategies, specializing in driving growth for Martech companies. His impressive career includes key roles at industry-leading organizations such as Cision, Brandwatch, and Signal AI. More recently, Jody has been an integral part of the GTM leadership team at GoCardless, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company to record growth.

Kate is a professional with over 15 years experience in high-growth commercial organisations, specialising in Martech. She has scaled and lead global go-to-market teams across theUK, Europe and the USA, transforming sales teams into a high-performing outfits. This led to successful acquisitions at Brandwatch (Cision) and Decibel (Medallia) and she is now leading the go to market team at SALESmanago to drive significant growth.

Meet Katrin, our Senior Director of Marketing, who brings 25+ years of experience in marketing, content management and communications to the team. She will be shaping SALESmanago’s overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on areas she's most passionate about: branding, SEO, thought leadership and internal communications. Katrin has vast experience of building up marketing teams at SaaS companies in the medical and care sector and aims to take her current team to the next level.

Klaudia joined Salesmanago in 2018, progressing through all levels of the Customer Success department. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of both company operations and client needs, enabling her to drive impactful changes that improve business efficiency. Now, as Chief of Staff, she applies her extensive Customer Success expertise to lead strategic initiatives that reinforce Salesmanago’s commitment to a customer-first approach.
Marek Broda

Graduated in International Relations at Cracow University of Economics. He started his adventure with Benhauer in 2012 as a salesman. Then he moved to the marketing department and in the end, from the CMO he became a COO in May 2015. After hours, he panics when fixed car works smooth, and there is no screw left in the garage.
Marek Gruszecki
CFO
Marek Gruszecki, as SALESmanago CFO, brings over 20 years of experience in financial management and scaling international companies in the Media & Technology industry. Previously working for twelve years as VP of Finance at the American company Quad, operating in Poland and Western Europe, Marek successfully guided the company through restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions, significantly increasing its value. His deep knowledge in corporate finance, financial strategy, and operational efficiency optimization makes an invaluable contribution to the development of SALESmanago. Marek is known for his ability to build effective teams and implement strategic financial initiatives that contribute to the company's long-term growth. His experience includes managing IT projects and introducing innovative technologies into business processes. Marek actively supports collaboration with visionary leaders and investors, striving to build lasting and dynamic organizational structures. Outside of work, Marek is an enthusiast of modern technologies and artificial intelligence, as well as an advocate for a healthy lifestyle. His passion for continuous improvement, both professionally and personally, makes him an exceptional leader and inspiration for the entire SALESmanago team.

VP of Product Strategy
Pierre is a Product Management leader with experience working with scale-ups and enterprise businesses across Saas, Commerce and Travel-tech to name a few. Passionate about blending behavior insights with powerful and intelligent tech, he built his career delivering meaningful experiences for the end user, efficient, intuitive and flexible tools for business practitioners and great outcomes for his customers. He was previously working at Attraqt where he led the Product organization as well as overseeing strategic partnerships and mergers & acquisitions.

CTO
Started his career in SALESmanago in 2012 as a Java Developer. Has strong technical background, formerly as a Database Developer. His area of expertise is building highly scalable distributed systems. Started as a CTO position in SALESmanago in 2021. Privately huge car enthusiast and NBA fan.
